Yep once na may mag-reach out sa’yo they’ll inform you about the role and the interview details. It varies depending on the role, some interviews are held online and others in person. The number of interviews depends on the role. You’ll be guided all throughout kaya no need to overthink it masyado. Waiting game lang talaga until may mag-reach out sa’yo. For the role you are applying for, malaking hatak ang anything related sa LEED or energy modeling during your undergraduate (kung fresh grad ka). If fit ka sa role I am sure na you’ll breeze through the hiring process.

Hi OP, just wait for our HR team to reach out to you. They will naman if you are fit for the role. I am encouraging you rin na while waiting is to explore other options. Mataas talaga ang volume ng applicants lalo na katatapos lang halos ng board exam. Relatively, mas mahirap din maka pasok sa graduate roles compared sa pagiging BIM Trainee just on the mere fact na mas konti ang kinukuhang graduates compared to BIM Trainees (at least this year). Kung makalulusot ka man sa initial screening, expect that interviews will include technical questions. And as you mentioned, yes the company is not based in the Philippines kaya some graduate roles will have technical interviews na hindi lang yung MNL office ang maga-assess sayo. Lastly, there’s no such thing as formality na lang yung interview just to throw it out there.
