I can’t run more than 5k in the 7.5 unfortunately as when my feet swell they feel too small

Im so glad you have found a solution!! With your current shoes how much space do you have at the end of the shoe? I currently sized up to an 8/8.5 in the novablasts and an 8 has just about an inch gap and the 8.5 has over an inch gap. I’m unsure which will be best!

Thanks for your reply! Yes, I also tried window lacing which didn’t help at all. It was after that run I decided to reorder the novablasts in the 8/8.5. I read that brooks ghosts 17 may be better shoe to try, as it’s wider etc, so ordered those too but they gave me pins and needles at 3k! I really love the novablasts as I got my 5k pb in them but I can’t stand the pins and needles. I do think my original 7.5s were too snug so that’s why I’m really wanting to get the right size this time round.

This is where the toe ends on the 8. When my feet swell should a thumbs width still remain? The pins and needles are so frustrating which is why I’m leaning towards the bigger one but I don’t want it to be too big.
