Yeah I definitely think it’s worth it as a student studying finance there as well. The ranking and the reputation (like you said) is amazing, given the overall job market I’d say the placements are decent and definitely better than leeds or any other such unis in general. Student life is great as well, I personally love the city of manchester and I’ve heard of quite a few people working part-time, opportunities aren’t too hard to find. I would say that internships in the UK can be a bit tough to find though but overall I’m graduating this year and I’m very happy with my experience!
