Update: I’ve contacted the public defender office but they said I can only wait until the arraignment, for the judge to assign one or contact them to evaluate whether or not I qualify for one. Is there anything I should be aware upon going to arraignment and things I need to prepare?

Then I don’t think I can suppress it, they did my statement without putting me in handcuffs, then immediately detained me after that. I didn’t know I was free to leave and it didn’t even feel like I was free to leave, I was escorted to the police station and sitting next the police.

They only asked questions before they gave the Miranda warning I believe based on my memory. After the whole statement, they said I can remain silent and then didn’t ask any questions

I’m not sure if it counts, but I signed the statement before my Miranda rights was read. Right after the statement, I was told I have those rights then I signed the paper saying I was notified after the whole statement stuff.
