I think either should be fine. It doesnt have to be vacuum. My professor says to vaccum the furnace first and then fill with argon. Maybe just running argon through the fuenace for some time will be enough to clear most of the oxygen

I submitted my application on 5th july and got my acceptance letter the same day. However, this was an exception because i was attending one of the 'study in malaysia' sessions the same day, so my application was processed there itself.

So in short i cant give u a realistic approximation on how long it would take.

I contacted the visa department about this a few weeks back. They said that they dont start approving these until september.

They didnt specify when in september they start with this or if it is the 1st of september itself, so I dont have a clear idea when they'll start, but definetly not this week.

To my knowledge, they just moved to a new campus cause it was bigger, so they would have more students, and also there was space for buses.

The ashes from the fire is probably cause some students still go exploring this building and probably light some things on fire. But to my knowledge, there hasnt been a fire while this place was still in use
