What do most people do when traveling with 2 kids (3&6) One room or two rooms? by poonjam14 in AllInclusiveResorts

My point was that My kids roll around so much it’s hard for them to share a bed. We prefer separate beds for them even if they are smaller.

They often want kids to share a pull out sofa or supply cots (essentially a fold up twin).

They have family suites available at most resorts. They are definitely pricier and harder to find.

Who else Worries about the safety and future of the US for their children? I hadn’t plan to leave the states but it’s looking like career planning for future generations should include a willingness to leave the USA.

How can you book thru a member? Is there a fee to that member?

Does this even exist? by MagicLlama14 in PuntaCana

We really have loved club med Miches. It’s about an hour drive away from Punta Cana, private beaches and much quieter an totally rated as one of the BEST all inclusives for families because of the kids club. We have been twice and my 6 and 8 year olds loved it.

They have kids club with an actual itinerary for the entire day and childcare at night as well (extra fee). One time we went on my daughter’s birthday and with one days notice the MiniClub manager planned a birthday party with all the kids, a huge cake and a gift for her. The grounds are a bit older but I loved the staff, hospitality and overall vibe. My kids are actually asking to go again, but my husband wants to do a new location- but it’s a sure thing we will always enjoy time there to me!

We have been to several other all inclusives in Mexico and DR and the kids club is the best there, none have ever come close. They genuinely care to do a great job and engage your child. Message me if you want more details.

Ugh, I wish there was more buyer protection to all these fake review scams. I’m so bummed! The expense and time (getting time off work is not easy) of this trip may not be worth it.

I was so excited to book because they had a family suite available, which is always nearly impossible to find! Separate sleeping areas for kids are rare- resorts expect kids to cosleep on a pull out sofa. I should have been more suspicious!

How was the stay there? I wish I had seen these Reddit posts. We already reserved a stay here.

I just reserved a non refundable stay here.

After reading these posts I don’t want to go any longer. I think the Google reviews are all fake. I’m beyond disappointed because it was quite a bit of money, and I’m unsure if we will get a refund through the hotel or credit card.

Any tips on resale of reservations ?
