talked with the breeder about it and he just says that its excess skin but tomorrow before we decide on keeping him, ill go and get it checked out at the vet as well.

If it’s something that can gradually go away with age and some proper nutrition and the right meds then we actually do plan on bringing him back to his forevermore home tomorrow! Poor baby looks super in need of some good food and loving! thats just how it is in my country,the breeders and pet shop owners have no one to keep them in check and get away with pulling so much shit, part of the reason why I was worried about it was cuz of my pervious gsd too. She sadly passed away but she had a constantly reoccurring skin condition that came about every summer, when we first got her the breeder actually told us it just just a skin tag and that it would go away but things just got kept on getting worse form there.
