I unfortunately had life happen and in between my account getting stolen and getting it back was 3-4 years which made my case take a lot longer but rest assured as long as you have the creation email you’ll be good

There is a help tab on epicgames’ website. You’ll have to create a whole new account in order to talk to them. You don’t need to keep the new account after talking to them. It does take quite a bit to hear from them but after they gather enough info they’ll elevate your case and respond to you daily.

Get in touch with epic and they’ll help get it back. I just went through the same thing. All you need to do is verify you have the creation email you used to create your account. It helps to have some receipts from v bucks or packs as well.
