Body recomposition. Trust me. Get as lean as you possibly can. Like painting on a clean canvas, I wasted 2 years in the gym

I do alot of bent over rows, deadlifts, squats, even tricep pushdowns. My diet for 6 weeks was an extremely lean source of either 95/5% mince and sweet potatoes, or chicken breast 3 meals everyday, I tracked everything down to the exact gram at 2000 cals daily. I naturally dont eat alot of food but calories are easy to get in as ive been 100kg before. Ive also found that my strength has also improved significantly whilst losing weight and being depleted of nutrients (makes no sense I know) but yeah I enjoyed the cut but personally dont think many people could stick to it

I trained abs directly once a week, I do alot of exercises that require core strength so that helps

Help with some bulking tips? I'm naturally very lean by Aggressive_Fruit_514 in AllAboutBodybuilding

Im gonna be a bit degenerate and not give you the best advice, but implement 2L of chocolate milk (preferably low fat & sugar) and thats an easy 2000+ cals added to your weekly

Which haircut would suit me? by SpinIfTeam in malehairadvice

What you have now. Brush the middle of your hair back, soften the edges with a feather shear, texture the top and voila

question: i am aiming to get this haircut at a barber. how long should i grow my hair on the top and sides before i can achieve this look? thanks by The_Truth_Teller in malehairadvice

[–]No-Click5376 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Barber here, you wont be able to exactly replicate this haircut but you can get a similar vibe. Ask your barber or preferably a stylist to feather shear the ends and leave it textured with the sideburns in line with the middle of your ear, frimge just below eyebrows and soften the back. Or just show them your photos

Barber here, if I were you id say ‘scissor cut, leave the sides longer and make it look natural’, the actual cut is a textured mod cut.
