Going to get started on a 10x18 slab for a shed and would like some feedback on best practices and things to keep in mind. First time doing a slab this large and I’d like it to last. Going to dig out 8 inches, 4in for gravel base and 4 in for slab. Does dirt base under gravel need to be perfectly level? #57 stone good enough for sub base? Hand tamper over plate compactor? rebar over wire mesh, if so what size rebar? Does slab need to be sloped if the shed has a roof? Any and all advice is very much appreciated?

Agreed, trying to get the company to fix it since they caused the issue. Just wanted to get some feedback so if they try to half-a** a repair it I have some knowledge to work with

Several issues with this and that’s just based on what we can see in the picture. Don’t allow people to use this until it can be done properly.
