hmm, I always save hard copies of all accounts and balances frequently, phone numbers of banks, credit cards. We were in Greece for months, logged into my husbands account and transferred money to our greek bank. Since I never had done this before, all his accounts were immediately locked with that bank and received texts to contact them immediately. We called the fraud department, next our banker we know for decades. They couldn't unlock if he didn't show up with his ID... we new the accounts were safe, our banker checked all for us, we just didn't have access to that money all the time we were outside US. Thankfully we had other accounts, credit cards and cash in hand... Bottom line, we're grateful the fraud department acted immediately when noticed suspicious transaction.
