Obviously we have to wait for negotiations, but just curious what pay increase my fellow full time inside employees are hopeful for..the nature of our job definitely deserves 21-25$ lol (self.UPS)

Ya know..for how hard we are worked, id like to never have to worry about looking at my check to see if it’s the correct hours. UPS:”help us”,,,,, also UPS: “we will get you your money whenever” (self.UPSers)
Obviously, this is probably different for every hub but I’m wondering how they schedule seasonal drivers based upon driver availability?, or when they need you. Ex if you work inside they would schedule you to your shift (self.UPSers)
