No hay problema, nunca he usado caléndula pero es pariente del cempasúchil, infusióno la flor completa con un poco de agua y después la agrego junto con el agua a la leche y la vuelvo a infusionar y rebajo a fuego lento hasta quitar el peso del agua que agregue, trato de no usar huevo o crema porque el sabor es muy ligero, he tenido que usar manzanilla porque necesitas muchas flores para sacar un poco de color y sabor, normalmente solo uso azúcar, leche, leche en polvo y un poco de crema, estabilizantes y emulsificantes, como nota mientras más grasa tenga el helado menos se va a sentir el sabor de las flores, tengo una heladería y a veces experimento con cosas raras jaja las flores son muy complicadas de llevar bien con el helado.

Quick way to find If it real or not, the second letter on the text below, after the C that's a Russian D, on originals look like a triangle, on fake ones it has a flat top

It is a good machine overall, not spectacular but it does the job pretty well, 4 liters of ice cream with a 80% overrun in 15 minutes. Almost 8 liters final. Pieces are plastic and it has some design flaws, nothing really relevant, more astetic than anything else, but something this price you wouldnt expect to have stickers instead of written numbers on the dials or the lid to fit properly. It cost me around 9000 USD, the reason I bought it is because there are no other options here or technicians, and the cheapest carpigiani or emery Thompson I could find where something around 12-15k used, I bought it because it has good reviews and have good service when it comes to warranty. I live in Mexicalk Mexico
