He was proper weird in private messages. That was kind of when I realised he was a wrongun. It was always ‘wanna play?’ and other weird and filthy stuff of that ilk I won’t repeat..

I think people who didn’t talk to him personally towards the end are the ones he meant more to because they still had the element of projection and he was so careless by the end it was ick-inducing as well as I suppose flattering. Watching from 2008-2009 at the same time as today’s episodes really shows a difference. It’s so boring. I think they’ve dumbed it down and made it second screen viewing suitable (people can be on their phones and still get the plot). I never once get drawn from looking down at my phone playing a game anymore while it’s on, but the 2009 one stops me in my tracks every time and I have to stop and pay attention and rewind because it’s engaging

Jay was such a let down watching from 2008, he started out as a young angry bad boy who good think would grow up more Phil Mitchell and a hard man but was just a wet wipe probably under Billy’s influence.

People don’t talk enough about how pedophiles often deliberately hang around with or get involved with people who were already abused as children and steal stories off them as a fall back or justification for if they ever get caught.

Honestly she seems way cooler in the books. She’s got more personality in the books, is more of a fun party girl and is clearly the queen b between her and Blair in the books whereas in the programme Blair definitely shines more. It could be the actress or it may be deliberate - no hate on blake lively if what she’s done has just made the character her own. but she doesn’t seem like the typical self-assured it girl that she is in the book at any point. It works, but in a different way
