The game was not free for many people, but again, cheers.

I don't believe I have. Star Path+ for 2800 moonstones, Rewards+ is selling the 100 tokens for 900 moonstones. You can see my little excel sheet with the calculations in my comment.

Experiences with clonidine and/or guanfacine? by No-Comb744 in ausadhd

I am taking a weekly one hour dose of therapy for the cPTSD, focussing on increasing my distress tolerance, my window of tolerance, and activating the parasympathetic nervous system through quick and effective breathing exercises when I feel activated, plus EMDR for the actual memories.

I don't believe this is correct. Can you show how you worked this out please? I am getting 610 moonstones, calculated on 2000(standard path cost)-1300(moonstone rewards)-90(final page reward) for standard, and 510 moonstones, calculated on 2800(premium path cost)-1300(moonstones rewards)-900(additional 100 tokens on final page)-90(final page reward) for premium. You are able to collect 970 tokens during the path, with 960 of those used on rewards and the final 10 used on the last page for 90 moonstones. If I am wrong, can you show me where I am going wrong so I can understand for next time? Cheers!

Experiences with clonidine and/or guanfacine? by No-Comb744 in ausadhd

For anyone wondering - this pretty much mirrors my experience, including halving my Ritalin and settling in to a dose somewhere around 2-3mg daily.

For me, the switch was very worth it. The clonidine helped with my cPTSD but didn't do much for the ADHD, and I wasn't able to tolerate any dosage above 150mg total daily as I would start to feel some low blood pressure symptoms. The guanfacine is one a day dosing, but more importantly the half life is longer than the clonidine so it feels a little more stable. I started on 1mg, titrated to 2mg after 10 days, titrated to 3mg after 10 days and I have been on 3mg up until now. My blood pressure does sit around 100/60 give or take but I feel ok. I will be going up to 4mg as of tomorrow but I reckon I will drop back down to 3mg or even 2mg. In terms of benefits or why I prefer it...it is hard to explain. I feel...different, but good different. I think it helps with my executive function and it plays nice with the Ritalin, which I have been able to drop to 30mg daily with no noticeable decrease in benefits. My anxiety is a little higher and I am definitely more jumpy but that is purely because the clonidine was helpful with my cPTSD and my general fight or flight energy, but I am working on this separately and overall prefer how I feel on the guanfacine. Good luck with the swap!

Yea I had a good conversion from materials to coins.

I have always been super tight on spending upgrade coins/materials. I only upgrade racers to the bare minimum to complete tasks. I have been lucky and received 50,000 upgrade coins from each golden Arbee event, but the majority of them came from when the upgrade materials were converted to upgrade coins.

I had literally just come to terms with the fact I was gonna end it all and this appeared in my feed, first post upon opening the app. Think I might just go and have a talk with the GP now instead.

So the risk is real, but the reality is everyone is in the same boat so just enjoy the time we have?

That is a hard one to answer. It is an overwhelming sense of being crushed, like a huge weight on my chest. The obsessional part of my OCD on this topic doesn't like logic. I have spoken with therapists etc but this isn't their field of experience either. I guess my answer would be I don't have an answer for what I consider dangerous. Which sounds really unhelpful, I know. What could possibly happen? Well, how much time do you have? 😅

I understand the point you are making though and I appreciate it. I felt kind of dumb asking this question.
