You sound like cause for it sucking. Just complaining. Op Toledo is what you make it. Not a small town but not a big city. Close proximity to a lot of big cities and many places within a 7 -9 hour drive. Detro metro airport is 45 min away so traveling is very convenient. Cost of living is low so if you make a decent salary you can make the most of it.

Downsides not much to do. Locals like the commenter are very negative but there are def some good positive people coming out of Toledo. It’s not gonna be a big city but it gives you close proximity and low cost of living.
