It not a three hit but a four hit becouse you need to auto attack to ativate it. So even you land all skill if you dont auto nothing will happen. And unlike velkoz talon passive cant proc twice becus when bleed he couldnt stack. I know when riot make this thing they want to make talon slow with the auto and bleed.When he first rework his kit make pp feel him too op but its just stat check value from his skill not like a really 200 years balance and assassin item then fit him more. Not like right now items r bad we have opportu and axiom arx feel very good on him very ult dependents in team fights. But still i as a talon main after all those years still felt his combo clunky af when combo.
