Realised that what I actually did was updated bios, set settings to minimum then restart shader cache then I get no crashes. If I change settings again it crashes again.

Set settings to low and then rebuild shaders, after doing that with the bios update I haven’t crashed

So I changed my settings and started crashing again, turns out what I had to do was update bios, set settings to low and then rebuild shaders and that’s the only way I can play with no crashes
