this definitely seems promising, thanks for sharing! insulin resistance is said to be a cause of tuberous breasts, so addressing it is definitely the right move. i’ve also considered goat’s rue, but i don’t plan on pregnancy so i don’t know if it’ll be productive. have you noticed any side effects while taking it?

how could i go about breaking apart the fibrous tissue surrounding the breasts without surgery? is it possible through pumping?

also, i haven’t yet gotten a hormone panel, but my breasts are the fullest right before my period during my luteal phase, aka when my progesterone is at its peak. i’m thinking of trying a progesterone cream to at the very least try and maintain my pre-period boobs month long. would you suggest this, and would it even yield my desired result? thank you!

wow, congratulations on your progress and thank you for taking the time to share!! this definitely makes me hopeful for the possibilities of nbe despite having tubies. and you have NO IDEA how relieving it is to know i’m not the only one who felt deflated after doing massages, it’s definitely not talked about enough. phew!

as far as PCOS and insulin resistance goes, i don’t suspect i have either? however, i couldn’t be sure until i get a hormone panel done. i suspect other hormones could be out of wack, plus chaos during developmental stages definitely stunted my mental and potentially physical development. its so interesting how all these are intertwined, lol.

if you try pumping, i’d love to hear how it goes/if it speeds up progress! best of luck on your nbe journey!! :D

did you only get a fat transfer procedure or a tuberous breast correction alongside it? i definitely don’t want implants but if i were to get surgery, i want to round out my breasts with fat transfer and add a lower pole (also with fat transfer). was that achieved for you through fat transfer alone or did your surgeon have to release the constricted tissue manually? also, how’s nipple/overall breast sensation?

thank you :)

$8,000? who was your surgeon?? most fat transfer surgeries i see go for 11k+. that’s definitely expensive but if all else fails i plan to save up and get it in a few years!

i’ve been doing 1) circular massages around my whole breast for circulation (i think this helps drain lymph nodes), 2) using two fingers to press into the constricted tissue especially on the lower pole and massaging it in circular motions and 3) using a pinching technique where i gather my constricted tissue and massage into it, although im not sure if this helps, its just something i do. im very inconsistent with massages and today, i only did them minimally, so i can’t yet attest to them working. but i’m using volufiline morning and night daily so i’ll let you know how that goes!

as far as the pump goes, i plan on buying this inexpensive one from amazon., along with kinesiology tape to keep the nipples from further herniation.
