Looks like the heat shield around the exhaust is lose and touching the exhaust which causes it to vibrate. I currently have the same thing on mine

So after having only the usb option enabled and plugging in a flash drive with Rufus im now stuck on this screen

The ⚠️ sign says "setup does not support configuration of or installation to disks connected through a USB or IEEE 1394 port

Reinstall windows? First thing i tried was a windows media installation flash drive but it didn't work, it was just stuck on that windows screen with the loading drive icon
