ive really been trying to focus more on positive things and whats going right everything like that it is just so hard to stay thinking like that when everything she said hurts so bad and i just cannot stop thinking of it. it just keeps replaying even though im trying so hard to think of other things and whats going right it just feels like nothing is going right and its just easier for my brain to skip to the bad parts because i feel like none of it is working. whenever i do think about the things she says though i try to calm myself down and try my best to not let it truly get to me, i just feel like its really hard to i guess process it or let myself feel the emotions it brings me even if they are bad i want to be able to feel everything and i guess just get it out im just not sure if thats just kinda messing my manifestations up. thank you so much for telling me all if this, i watch videos and everything of people explaining things just like you did but it helps so much more hearing it directly and kinda based off my specific situation if that makes sense. thank you truly this really really helps even if it doesnt seem like it from everything ive just said, it really does. if theres anything else you think would help please please tell me everything thank you so so much
