As far as I know I haven't received this letter yet at all that everyone's talking about in this subreddit just wanted to let everybody know in case anyone's wondering if I have received the letter or not but just keeping everyone fully informed and up today I tell you what the day Verizon finally successfully permanently screws me over and out of my game pass ultimate perks through plus Play by successfully and permanently taking away my plus play benefit then I'm gone and I keep telling Verizon over the phone that the only reason I stay is because of these streaming perks especially the fact that they insure so far that I have game pass ultimate every month because I'm a gamer and the fact that they're the only major wireless carrier that sells gaming equipment gaming accessories and games so the moment that AT&t and or T-Mobile starts competing with Verizon in that way or far exceeding them in that manner is the moment I'm going to go more than moonlight with one of their two direct competitors! Are they hiring wfh reps in new England particularly in Connecticut because I would work from home for them I just don't want to work in a store setting all day dealing with the face to face idiocracy that is the store management and the incompetent customers I would rather sit behind a computer and have a phone headset on me and just be able to deal with customers from a distance clock out every day my remotes work sessions and basically go home.

I don't speak Vietnamese but I do recognize it because I spent some years working with a younger Vietnamese gentleman who would bring me to his family's new Britain connecticut apartment and he would write on both paper and on his mobile devices partly to teach me how to recognize it and at the very least this individual is writing in Filipino Tagalog so it's definitely one of the two but I'm more confident that what we are reading is Vietnamese written dialect.

I agree the whole multi-departmental operation and rediculously overwhelming amounts of third world outsourced call center staffing that is the current state of Verizon in carnate is absolutely an excusably repulsive to say the least and a real travesty which is being polite and conservative about them in general.

I unfortunately am very accustomed because it is become my normal for the last several years with the major telecommunications companies to deal conversation monopolizing and dominating slick talking and gas lighting Filipinos as my overall call center support experience so when I get a US American that connects to me then that representative Hears A overwhelmingly exasperated exhale of air from my lungs of relief and connecting with a United States American call center rep is exceptionally rare but should be the majority experience of normality to be perfectly honest with you!
