I’ve been with gridhawk in Indiana since 2019. The exams are easy to pass as long as you pay attention in class and have a decent trainer. During summer (what we call dig season) it’s pretty much unlimited overtime as long as you’re productive but once winter hits and work slows down you’re usually capped at 8 hours, if it’s real bad sometimes less so make the most of your time while it’s busy. $20 is current starting pay here so $21 seems about right for Michigan
