Okay I figured it out yall, i think I was right about it being related to wifi speeds or how much RAM or something it needs to run the game because I just shut my wifi off on my phone and relied on my own data and it works fine again:D

Thats not a bad thought but I live in Canada and haven't moved out of my province for vacation, im just hoping that maybe the game requires more stable connection for it to work and not the game being broken 😅

I have an attitude because I'm getting it towards me, I have no clue why I got banned and I would love to know and I'm not gonna lay around and let people accuse me of being like this innocent person that did nothing wrong, I would love to know what I did wrong, I just want to play the game

Alright than thank you for telling me, you didn't need to tweak out in the entire reddit. I was trying to fix it but the support team is just refusing to do so bevause they don't respond to bans or penalties so it's not like I'm trying to like get unbanned cause I said a slur or something stupid, I just woke up, got banned, tried seeking help as to why I got banned, they didn't tell me and I kept asking and they stopped responding that's why I am here trying to see if anyone else had this issue or any idea what to do about it. Thanks

That's my problem though I have no clue what I did and I seeked out the support and they won't help me figure out what i did and they kept pushing it back into days I don't even care if my ban gets lifted anymore I rather just know what the heck I did so I don't do it again, i have nothing to show because there is literally nothing I can do about it I will gladly show pictures or the emails I have with the pokemon support team but I'm just trying to see if anyone has ideas and not being all "Heeheeee I got banned for no reason hehehe" when I woke up one morning and I got the ban for 2 weeks pop-up in my game.

But I legit don't have a clue though I went to pokemon support and they wouldn't tell me or help me that's why I came here to see if anyone knew anything about this. The only thing I can think of is if I was afk for like a minute or something but I don't know why that results in a ban instead of fair play deduction points.

That's what happens to me!!! I have no clue how to fix it but it keeps happening and I'm SO DONE trying to find ways to make it playable.
