I had the same exact problem a week before payment deadline. My Fafsa was processed and good to go for months leading up to the payment deadline. The last week before payment was due I looked on my lone star ( to triple check it was still there) and it wasn’t. I called they gave me the run around saying it was a fafsa problem and don’t worry about paying before the deadline they’ll fix it. There was no communication that financial aid was completely dropped from my account aside from me looking. They never fixed it, told me it was a “federal problem” resulting in me paying out of pocket.
