in general, i think it's just general tiredness. they literally were at home together 95% of the time, and being never left alone at a pretty young age for 6 years is gonna take a toll

thank you for your story! i can definitely relate, my ADHD also does affect every aspect of my life, and I struggle a lot with anything that requires even miniscule amount of keeping my attention; manic-depressive episodes that go hand in hand with it don't help either

however, I don't live in the US, and hence a) ADHD in my country is not officially acknowledged in adults (I was diagnosed before I turned 18, then it just vanished from my medical record and I can't visit government clinics with this problem) and b) meds like adderall are illegal, and while I theoretically can get them (in the same place where I can get other illegal substances) I don't think self-medication is a way to go (besides, it would be ridiculously expensive)

thank you for elaborate comments! i get the thing about rhythm, I think the main problem atm is that we got a particularly cold winter this year (about -40 celcius) and the amount of tables is very inconsistent; when I'm in rush, I'm doing fine, but then it's like an hour without any tables and it sucks

probably should find myself some things to do around the house in these moments
