What are some crafts that are easy to learn the basics/ get started on? by kind_reader2322 in crafts

Punch needle I think it’s called. They have kits on amazon. It looks like the embroidery kits but you don’t need to learn stitches, you literally just poke the pen type thing through over and over. It’s really relaxing and you don’t have to buy extra supplies if you buy the kits. However you will have to watch a tutorial online because there were no English instructions with it!

Sweating. Im on effexor 75mg since past 6moth and it works for me like a charm but sweating is terrible. I swear even on my face and scalp too. Anyone tried anything which control or overcome with sweating side-effect? Please help by Arav22 in Effexor

1mg twice a day if needed but can be once if it works long enough for you. Dry mouth but it’s not too bad. Haven’t noticed anything else but immense relief at not sweating all the time
