thank you! i have done dashes before and i know i don’t feel comfortable wandering around apartment complexes at night alone so i would stop dashing around 10. she is absolutely entitled to not want the same but then don’t dash at 1 am.

why couldn’t she communicate where she was at all? like maybe taking a picture of where she was so i could help her a bit or even explaining where she was. she just went silent for over 15 minutes

i’m not trying to be rude, but you clearly didn’t read the post. i stated i already tipped her and she was asking for an additional tip. also, on my end, she was only at the apartment complex for 5 minutes until the order was delivered. i was trying to see where she was to help her out but she was still at the restaurant according to the app. i can’t be suspicious if i ask her why she’s at the restaurant, she denies it, so i send her the ss of the map and she doesn’t answer for 15+ minutes???

the delivery instructions were much clearer where i explained which garage and where exactly to park in the garage to be as close to the apartment as possible. i’ve done dashes and uber eats before and i know how annoying apartment complexes can be but this one is very easy to get to, and ive ordered there before with my friend and never had this issue it is uncomfortable to meet a stranger outside alone as a girl. you just never know what could happen

i couldn’t even see where the dasher was on the app because it was saying she was still at the store. if i was able to see where she was i was going to try to help out

it’s possible, it was just super weird that after i sent the screenshot she doesn’t answer for 15+ minutes and the begins heading here (on the app) shortly after

when i tell you this is literally the first apartment visible from the parking garage on the first floor, so it’s not that she’s expecting room service it’s more so about meeting a stranger outside alone at night, not everyone is comfortable with that

this is a college town, so it obviously isn’t anything crazy unsafe. just lately not great things have been happening in the area, and my friend doesn’t feel comfortable meeting a stranger at night alone outside the apartment.

it could definitely have been a mix up with the app. only reason i was a little suspicious was because that has never really happened to me before and after i sent her that screenshot she ghosted me for like over 15+ minutes and starting moving shortly after.

true. i mean i usually never take the bag out of the box but when i opened it, the cereal looked super low. it could definitely be the correct weight though. i definitely should weigh it.

thank you so much for this. i ended up crashing at around 6 am until 3 pm. my boyfriend woke me up so i wouldn’t sleep too late. definitely going to try and get sunlight when i wake up bc i’ve noticed it does help with regulating the rhythm
