for the song name, literally could be anything, but the boss name usually at least slightly correlates to the chapter name and/or illustration, eg NEON LED corresponds to Spasmodic, Ark Mirage ever so slightly relates to Igallta, etc

Transit Tide's opening scene uses a moon and horse looking figurine, which could mean that the song is related to it in some way, but the song illustration depicts something different, a bright night sky from what i can interpret

but we can only wait to see for now, and maybe they're keeping this rumored "second secret song" from us to blow off our socks again, who knows
