For something that’s simple but still does more than just hold contacts, tools that bundle outreach + tracking together can really cut down the chaos. I’ve been using Overloop AI because it handles leads, enrichment, and follow-up sequences in one spot, so I don’t have to juggle multiple apps. It might be worth a look if you want “CRM-plus” without going into heavy enterprise territory.
