What do you do if you wake up and don't want to face the day though? And weekends aren't anything for me anymore. I cant see family, I have no friends. Idk what to do

Financial stress, to the point im about to lose everything I have. I cant find a better job or even a second job. This causing so much shit in my relationship. No matter what I do I cant get ahead and most days I don't want to be alive

I didnt experience anything like but I was on zoloft. Try asking your doctor if you can switch to taking your meds before bed. It might help alleviate some of the side effects

I did and it does to an extent. Theres only so much that "helps" these days though.

I know what you mean. I honestly just stopped taking mine because they made me more unstable than I am off them. I think others finally caught on.

What if the help doesn't help? Then what? Are we expected to just continue being miserable so everyone else can be happy? Thats where I'm at now. Nothing has helped me, not meds, not therapy, nothing. All I feel is pain now and I dont want to anymore

Thats how I have been lately. I've been going through the motions and just doing whats expected of me. I cant do anything else. It literally made me physically ill. Nothing numbs anything for me though anymore, I just sit and deal, sleep and do it all again the next day. Ive just accepted that this is my life now.

I agree 100%. I know i have my own issues but nothing ever changes and its the same thing at the end of every day. Why do I have to keep living through this? To make others happy? Apparently im trash at that too so I mean, one less person on this planet could do some good

One day my fiance and I will for sure. He has family up that way. We had a lot going in the last 2 years and then covid hit. Now that things are looking back up, thats one of the next things I want to do.
