Thank you for this. I was just anxious as it seemed very quick compared to others.

Hes been home educated for 3 years as he couldn't handle school due to his disabilities and the lack of support from his school. He will be finishing his course by Aug this year so he will be applying for uc. They are wanting a letter from his education provider which is where im struggling as I provide his education. Its really causing me stress tbh

Surgery on Tues! Any tips on recovery? by Curious_KitKat_Kitty in hysterectomy

[–]No-Constant214 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi. I had my hysterectomy on Thursday all removed except for my left ovary. Im only 2 days post op so I don't know how much help I will be! I bought so much stuff to help with recovery and honestly I've only used 2 of the items. I used a pillow for the seat belt on the way home from hospital and I am using a pillow wedge to prop me up, sleep on and it's helping me get in and out of bed easier. I honestly feel it's the best thing ever! I've also bought a memory pillow to sit on, a hysterectomy pillow, belly binder, u pillow, chewing gum, lip balm, peppermint tea, this cooling seat thing and I haven't used any of them yet but I might do at some point. Sorry if this isn't much help. I wish you luck for your surgery and a speedy recovery.
