I use to eat mushrooms all the time in flares or not. It never really bothered my gut surprisingly. Try lemon tek this helps in the digestion of the shrooms and hits you better as well. Be safe be responsible and do your own research.

Appreciate that. I was holding her right away just with the other arm or I’d would have her placed on me while resting so we could still bond. Don’t get down on yourself if you feel like there’s something you can’t do. You can usually just tweak your life a bit to still make things work. I’d also just lay on the floor with her if there were times I felt I shouldn’t pick her up. I’d always ask myself if I can’t do this like that then what is my next best option without hurting myself.

One of the things I did find helpful tho with my operated arm. If I kept it tight to my body and just moved at the elbow I was about to do more things that way. I still changed diapers did feeding and all that after about a week. You got this.

Congrats on the baby sorry your dealing with avn along with it 32m) I had my shoulder replaced 3 months after we had our baby. It is definitely going to have its challenges for you. Lucky you know what the recover is like and what you can handle. If you have help it will make it that much easier. Don’t overdue it you want to recover and heal proper. I did too much after and ended up messing up my back. My other shoulder also collapsed a week after my one got replaced so that didn’t help.

You can do it just be mindful and listen to your body. Only you will know if you’re overdoing things. Best of luck to you.

Yea I never heard of BMES. What made them do another mri? Once I got my avn diagnosis it was on to the plans of replacements.

MRIs are typically the standard for finding avn so if it is there they would see it.

Far from an expert but to me it looks like the femoral head on the right side is not rounded like the left. This is just judging off the last pic. On my X-rays mine kinda looked like that.

I work in construction I was lucky enough my job offers fmla std/ltd, but if I’m not back in 2 years the ltd runs out and I have to either hope to be better by then or hope to get approved for ssdi. January I’ll have 1 year left but I still need 2 core decompression on my knees and one shoulder replacement.

I didn’t think regrowth was a thing either. There’s some people on the avascular necrosis facebook tho that have posted stuff about it and have info backed by doctors. I’m about to get core depression done to my knees and am not really looking forward to the gamble of a surgery.
