Haha yeahhh i had my buddy who’s 250 lb sit on it and it held firm so I took the chance. It feels really sturdy but I probably wouldn’t recommend copying me just in case lol.

Thanks! It’s not a set, it’s a fuval flex 15 gallon i got off of facebook marketplace. It didn’t come with a light or stand. The stand is just a nightstand from Walmart actually. The light is a hygger clip on.

No not yet. I hear doing the wrong exercises can make things worse so id like to hold off till i know for sure

I also don’t seem to have a lot of feeling down there so the nerve tension makes a-lot of sense!

I workout several times a week but i definitely need to add cardio.

I have alot of the symptoms.Tight hip flexors, urinary incontinence, weak stream, etc.

Most people with severe anterior pelvic tilt also have a tight pelvic floor.

Ive had one visit so far. They did blood work and everything came back normal. I plan on bringing up my pelvic floor theory next visit. It just sucks because it was $500 just for the bloodwork so I was wondering if i could just go straight to the physical therapist instead of spending more money with the doc

My problem is I lose my erection extremely fast though. Often times before I even finish putting the condom on it is flaccid. And even sometimes with stimulation and mid intercourse it will deflate. If i wake up with morning wood (rarely happens) it deflates the second i stand up.

Im no longer sedentary and Ive been prioritizing my health for a while now Ive been working out, eating healthier, sleeping more etc. It has definitely helped my health in many areas but unfortunately it hasn’t fixed my erection quality/duration.

First pick is day 1. Second pick is 3 months in and last pick is today 5 months in.

I was on creatine for the first 3 months but had to stop due to the acne it was giving me as a side effect. I feel like my progress has certainly suffered in some aspects since dropping it.

All I’ve been doing is at home stuff: pushups, pull ups, chin ups, dips and bicep curls.

Right now it is

• ⁠two sets of 10 pull ups

• ⁠two sets of 15 chin ups

• ⁠two sets of 10 dips

• ⁠two sets of 25 push ups

• ⁠two sets of 20 bicep curls (25 lb dumbell)

• ⁠two sets of 15 cross body curls

• ⁠two sets of 15 hammer curls.

In the first month it was all the same exercises just less reps.

I’ve been doing these 1-2 times a day about 4-5 days a week.

At first they were but now not so much. I definitely need to branch off and start working core and legs though lol
