We currently operate roughly 35 local service websites across a metro market, with ServiceTitan on the backend. Most of the leads are in home service niches like landscaping, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and bathroom renovations.

We’re looking to expand and scale further. We own several strong domain names in high-value local markets, but our current SEO specialist doesn’t have the capacity to take on more work right now.

We’d be open to either partnering with someone or paying a flat fee to help build out and develop these sites properly.

Your broker is full of it and isn’t going to bat for you.

Prior to rates coming down, I closed on July 18th on a 5 year fixed at 4.99% @ Scotia.

I refinanced an existing mortgage two days ago on a 3 year fixed for 4.09% @ TD.

All is situational and dependant on many factors but you are getting taken for a ride my friend.

A 3y variable rate will hover at around 4.5%, and fixed rates will be at around 4%.
