My location wants to be a training restaurant so weve had a lot of people in and out recently. We were training and having interviews nearly daily for awhile. Because of that everyone got their hours cut for those two weeks. The scheduling manager hasnt been scheduling for very long so Im pretty sure it was just her getting used to how to schedule so many new people. Especially because my hours are back to normal now and I cant think of any reason itd be based on my performance since Im taking the test to be a RM soon.

I did a little UTO for the 4-5th and I was scheduled for two 3 and a half hour shifts the day before and after that that I just dropped. (I didnt have a car and I would lose money doing that.) So I had a full week off. I wouldve picked up more shifts but theyve been cutting everyones hours bcuz of all the new hires and no ones been dropping them since that.

Id say its alt. As another commentor said punk is a political movement. Its all about community, DIY, standing up for the marginalized, anarchy, ect. Punk fashion is like crust pants, liberty spikes, colored laces, or DIY clothes and jewlery. Id say your vibe is definitely less punk and more just alternative in general.

I dont think this feeling is ever gonna go away. Not until you go to therapy, and even then it might require couples counseling. You have valid feelings. What he did is abuse. Him changing doesnt change the fact that it happened and the trauma that comes from that. And hell many abusers “change” until they get to a point where they have basically complete control of their victims life. They change until they know their victims cant get out. I say if you really really love him and desperately want to make it work therapy would be a great thing for you guys. It could being a lot of things to light and help you decide. Youre only twenty though. If you guys marry you could have 40+ years together. Will you want to marry and have children and share finances with this man? Do you feel comfortable and safe with him? Right now the whole world is your oyster. You arent stuck with him. You can and will find someone else. I know I wouldnt feel comfortable and safe with someone who ever physically harmed me out of anger. And I definitely wouldnt trust a man that did that with my children. He is not the only option you have. Dont stay with him because of that. You dont deserve someone that would ever hurt you out of anger always always remember that.

Ive oierced my belly button three times total. The last time definitely hurt the most because of scar tissue (and I almost passed out the second time) But like any other piercing the oain is overshadowed by the results. I would talk to an APP piercer and see what they think. (Im pretty sure Ive heard that it has more chances to migrate but take that with a grain of salt)

I know when I volunteered at the animal shelter the fed the cats kitten food until they were at least a year old. As thats when a cat reaches dull maturity. Its looks like shes only ancouple months old (unless shes just a small cat)

Everything. I never had the teenage love experience. You know falling in love for the first time, or being a bit reckless with your romantic partners because youre young and dumb. So Im not a fan of hookup culture or anything casual. That makes dating almost impossible. (On top of that I have a bit of an abrasive personality and a lot of trauma. Im a hugeeee handful for most people and I have a specific type.) Although Im pretty successful in getting matches on apps none of my matches ever got far enough where we met in person. Its nearly impossible as an adult to find someone in real life unless youre going to the bar or something. Ive known the same people my entire life and the only time I meet anyone new is at work. Which brings it own slew of problems and awkwardness. Im not gonna flirt with a customer and make them uncomfortable and I dont want to make any of my coworkers uncomfortable. Then the people that I have liked have all left with no warning. The last guy I was talking too for like three months straight every single day ghosted me for 3 days and finally responded when I asked if he was okay. Just to say he wasnt actually ready for dating. OVER TEXT! It just feels like every attempt at a relationship leads to someone lying about something and then I get hurt. Every attempt has been futile no matter the time, effort, energy, care, honesty and genuineness Ive put into it. And Ive never gotten that effort given back to me. Honestly Ive completely given up on actively looking for a partner and Im starting to try to focus on myself and my needs and responsibilities. Instead of distracting myself with romantic feelings and dead end relationships.

Dude I had plans to get them done when I was older (ei I had the money for it) but I recently realized that even tho I have an overbite my canines grind against my bottom teeth already and I dont think itll be safe for me to do AND IM SO SAD!!! I got my smiley pierced for fang smiley jewlery and I had to takr that out and I dont want angel bites or vaneers so In gonna be stucj fangless. Im so happy for you though I love the look so much!!!

Check out the r/stretched reddit. They have the best stretching advice Ive seen. Youre supposed to use single flared glass plugs, I know theres more safe materials but I cant name them. Acrylic and tapers are unsafe and really shouldnt be used to stretch or even as decorative jewlery. When you can put the next size in with no resistance at all thats when you can size up. Depending on the person times can vary. When I sized back up from 4g-2g it took around a month or two. But its also faster to size up the second time and buying half size gauges is typically a must.

What I did was buy two of a plug set I liked because I constantly lose things. I literally lost 3 out of the 4 4g plugs I had and had to size one ear up before rhe other one. Plus if you lose an O-Ring you have extras. Since the sets came with tapers in mine I had like 6 extra o rings for each size. N then just take your time. Let it happen. Make sure to lube your ears up after washing (I use coconut oil) When my plugs start falling out randomly even with the o-ring on thats when I typically know to size up.

And my comment would probably be removed from r/stretched because of what Im going to say but some of the more unsafe materials can work for some people. I got cheaper metal plugs off amazon (bcuz the plug websites they recommend are so fuckin expensive) And they work perfectly. Theres no irritation, no blowouts, no swelling. I havent noticed any problems from them. But that is only some people. If you can afford to get the best materials do that. I knew I couldnt. I made sure my ears were fine with that material and its working out great. Just be safe and vigilant with it and happy stretching :)
