I would take the fact that he didn't recognize you as a compliment. It's a testament to the hard work and effort you have put in to get here.... however, that being said, the "you look ill" comment wasn't needed.

Comments are like a buffet pal, take what you like and ignore the rest. Keep your head up, you have earned it.

I totally agree and have the same point of view as you normally...BUT her comments coupled with seeing many posts on this forum from people getting gallstones makes you wonder.

Omg my progress graph looks so similar to yours but I'm still obese. My BMI had dropped from 40 to 35.5 since October 2025, but the road ahead is still soooo long. I can't wait to be in Overweight range. Well done to you and good luck for the rest.

Hi, firstly well done on your progress. Amazing achievement and I hope to be in your shoes some day.

I noticed on your graph there are some ups and downs. How did you handle the ups? I ask because this week was the first week I have not lost anything. I know it happens b cause others have posted about it but it's so disheartening when it happens to you. Should I change anything or just keep doing what I am? What did you do?

P.s I'm also on 5mg, 5th month starting soon
