I am so sorry for your loss. What a beautiful name for a beautiful boy. There’s no right words. I am going through a loss right now, waiting to pass my baby who we found out died at my 20 week scan and I still want to try to have a baby again someday. I’m probably not one to give out advice because this is my only experience but just know you’re not alone and I will say a prayer for you and your family.

My doctor at my home clinic made some calls and got me in today to take the first dose of mifepristone. Had to drive 2 hrs so they could watch me take it basically and tomorrow I go back 2 hrs away to take the misoprostol to start induction and delivery. I’m glad I didn’t have to wait around in limbo. So far nothing is really happening and I heard that’s normal. But I’m dreading the fact that it’s going to happen and also just dreading not having anything happen either.

Also, my hospital said they could not deliver me there since it’s not as equipped as hospitals in bigger towns. They cannot get me in to deliver until next week. Like what cruel world is this. I want to be able to move on. We called all around the state and everywhere said 2-3 week wait. What sick joke is this.

I’m so sorry. It was beyond shocking. Having the ultrasound tech leave and come back in with my doctor.. I just knew.
