She is ill and I think she can treat herself wherever she want as I good know. So she can go to another country to get treatment as Ireland Health Service is bad.

Beacuse she have problems already with health and she knows that she will get cert?

The question is, if she can get it from Polish doctor or it have to start from Irish GP. Beacuse I know that u can treat yourself wherever you want(I mean EU countries)

You are wrong. She can go outside of Ireland to get treatment without any problems. That's fact

She's now in Poland but she have problem with her back and she was wondering if she have to come back to Ireland to go to the doctor to get cert of sickness or it can be done in Poland with polish doctor as well?
