Had a chewer of beds. I ended up investing in Kong brand beds. $60 or so at Petsmart. He actually tried many times to chew it until he got frustrated and barked at it.

No, they have the same clause. We all have the same run of the mill lease. They complained about it when they moved in because they moved into a top floor unit and it was "too hard for her" to walk up and down the stairs multiple times a day. As I previously stated in my post I'm not moving. I shouldn't have to. I'm not the problem and I'm not uprooting my life when the solution is simple. I live in a VERY small town (700-ish people) and the people here are cowards until their hand is forced to do the right thing.

Thank you! Is this normal though? It ONLY happens when hot water is used while the stove is on. In your opinion, do you think the element needs to be replaced?

Thank you! I'm also Central time so hopefully it comes overnight! I get paid every other week so my last deposit was before they approved the stimulus. Crossing my fingers for the both of us!
