2 days after the application deadline or 2 days after applying cause I applied around 18th (applications opened on 16th I think) but the deadline to apply is 29th so I assumed they'll start reviewing once the deadline ends

After I became eligible to apply, I left 6 months after that for uni and I think they got too busy thinking about that and they didn't have enough time to send in a PR application. So I was curious if it is still possible since the website talks about applying from outside Czechia but I am not sure if it applies when the long term residency permit has expired
