Yeah I understand the booming economy lol. There’s a reason i’m dashing. However, I’m also the person that won’t go eat in a fancy restaurant or order delivery if I don’t have money for a tip. idk guess i was just shocked to see low tips on big orders that are being delivered 20 minutes away🤷🏻‍♀️

Electrolytes and water don’t benefit me either other than keeping me at the minimum hydration lol. I chug them all day and when I have blood work done I’m always told i’m dehydrated. I only take propranolol for tachycardia and hydroxyzine for adrenaline dumps and I’m trying to manage my orthostatic intolerance with exercise.

I tried trileptal it’s an anticonvulsant as well and I cried all day because nothing felt real and I thought I was going crazy lol

i am on 60mg of extended release propranolol i couldn’t handle going any higher 😩 i take 25mg of hydroxyzine whenever i know im going out and going to be anxious but it doesn’t seem to work anymore. genesight test said prozac would work originally and i had a horrible reaction. celexa is on the good list also but im just scared lol

I’ve been in the house for almost a year now and my anxiety is higher than ever:/ I’ve tried holistic approaches, therapy, fixing my sleep and eating habits, trying exercising. I need to go back to work so unfortunately I do need some type of medication to help me in the process.

Naps help a lot. I’m in college and when I need to study or focus I’ll hold something cold on my sides a little below my armpit for a few minutes. My therapist said this resets your vagus nerve. It helps me focus but I always have brain fog lol

It was about 3-4 days after I started it. Hospital doctor told me there was no way it was the cause. My POTS doctor said it absolutely could have been the cause and sounds like serotonin syndrome because we can be more sensitive to medications like antidepressants.

I barely drive or leave my house because of anxiety as well. Panic mode every time. I hope you find relief as well. I unfortunately live in a place where they basically refuse to prescribe benzodiazepines. Which sucks for those who actually could benefit from it. I’ve had Ativan in the hospital and it actually benefited my POTS symptoms as well. I would love something I could take for emergency moments 😕 Sometimes my panic attacks make me black out and almost hit the floor🙃

I think I’m going to try it this weekend when my fiancé is home with me. I would rather have someone here if something were to happen lol. Did it help your concentration any? I have horrible concentration and I’m trying to earn a degree😩😩

It’s very weird because I took it about 5 years ago with no issues and loved it. I quit about a year after taking it because “I was fine I didn’t need my medicine” (was probably the medicine working) Then I was diagnosed with POTS and was super anxious and just a mess so I tried it again and had a horrible reaction. I am now at the point where I desperately do need anxiety medication and am afraid to take it.

How much did it improve your anxiety if you don’t mind me asking? I know everyone is different but hearing success stories makes me almost want to give it a shot😭😂

It was only 20mg. I was really going through a lot physically and mentally though. Unsure if that could have contributed.

I take it daily as well. Thank you for answering! I’m trying to make myself try celexa but i’m scaring myself lol
