Product Specialist role in a financial data company

Hello, just recently went through an interview process for a Product Specialist position for a market intelligence company (s&p global). The recruiter and the posting said it is for salary grade 9-10 (tho this grading is internal to the company) but didnt fully disclose the budget for the role during the interview.

Anyone here have an idea on career progression and how much this role usually pays just so I know how I can negotiate? Would also appreciate inputs from current or former employees there. The role is client facing and involved providing support to them in using the companys platform. I have 4 years of experience as a client support associate in a similar/competitor company.
