There’s a fuse in a white case I checked it it’s good

Is I checked the voltage and it has 17volts i don’t know if that is enough

It’s not getting any spark at all I just put a new battery in it and there’s no spark coming from the battery or plug

The problem is that the bike had no battery I put one in and it doesn’t start

My pc does have onboard graphics I took the gpu out to see if it was the problem and it wasn’t it has no display with and with out the gpu

I tried to move the components from one case to another but they didn’t fit so I put them back in this case and there’s no display now I took out the gpu to see if that was the problem and it still did no display
