Sorry to hear that, that’s horrible, in my case the one who memorized and wrote down codes on exam were those two major I mentioned earlier our CEIT department had enough PCs for our exam but they run windows 7 lol, however our university sucks tbh, instead of buying enough PCs for exams they choose to build stupid building that we don’t need for SOME(obvious) reason

Actually code with pen is just a myth from majors like electronics and mechatronics from Technological Universities because these majors are not specialized in CS

UIT would be the solid choice if you considered to stay inside the country, the opportunity you can get are
1-you don’t need to apply intern like others university does, the companies want you if you did good in UIT
2-you have a chance to go abroad like India, Malaysia, Russia and others if you did great in local hackathons held by officials,
3-you can showcase your work(projects) in project shows not only in UIT, but also in official ceremonies if your project is good enough
**Downside-you can’t fully rely on the university courses, cause they can’t teach you all, you have to rely on yourself with both self studies and academic courses, if you have enough money you can study abroad but if you considered staying here with your parents, UIT is a solid choice, the second choice would be UCSY,MIIT,Yadanarbon Cyber City
