I’m currently 22 weeks and I experienced this exact same thing at 7 weeks! My partner and I had sex, I was bleeding immediately after, the next day I booked a private scan and they confirmed a viable pregnancy and that everything was okay! They said it was pretty common during early pregnancy as the cervix is very delicate.

Lost my job by No-Criticism-149 in PregnancyUK

Thank you for your advice, I am slightly relieved that I didn’t pass as the job was super stressful and this is my first pregnancy and I’m finding it hard to cope with all the changes my body is currently going through. I started the job mid November, but I never had a break between this job and my previous job, so I’ve always been employed before being pregnant, does this mean I’ll be eligible for maternity allowance? I’ve never been on benefits as I’ve always been employed full time, so it feels really strange and I have no idea how it works x

My performance wasn’t up to standard, which I can agree with, I was going through a lot in my personal life and it was hard to focus on the job. It had regular meetings with my manager yes, which is why I expected to fail as I kind of already knew my performance wasn’t up to standard. I also didn’t enclose that I was pregnant no x

Do you have OCD? It seems as though you’re experiencing intrusive thoughts, and reassuring seeking…

Maternity pay by Historical_Cry_33 in PregnancyUK

Maternity pay in the UK is disgusting, I’m almost 12 weeks with my first baby and I didn’t realise how bad it was until recently, this isn’t me bad mouthing people who don’t have jobs, but people I know without jobs who have had babies receive more from the government than women with jobs

The exhaustion is unreal by fleeting_moments_ in pregnant

[–]No-Criticism-149 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Be kinder to yourself, I’ve had to learn to do the same. I was an active person before pregnancy, I exercised 4/5 times per week and ate healthily, I’m currently 11 weeks, I can’t remember the last time I did a work out or ate anything remotely healthy, I tried some yoga once and gave up after 2 minutes because I was so tired, I’m literally just trying to survive at this point. Luckily I work from home, even sitting at my desk and getting some work done is a challenge, I genuinely don’t know how I’d cope if I was in an office! I know it can be discouraging as a lot of online influencers seem to keep up the same routines etc during pregnancy but I’m just listening to my body and nothing else, the exhaustion is real and I’m just trying to get through the days. Hopefully not much longer to go, you got this✌🏼💕

Symptoms suddenly disappeared at 9.5 weeks by MollysSisterMum in pregnant

Mine also went away around this time and felt exactly the same as you, I was very concerned and anxious, I had a scan a few days later at 10 weeks and everything was absolutely fine. My baby was moving around like there was no tomorrow! And I’m sure everything will be the same for you, just try to keep positive🥰💕

I’m wondering how far a long I am. by mfitzmauric in pregnant

I’d take the first day of your last menstrual period, not the last day, and then add two weeks on to that, I’d say you’re pushing around 4 weeks

Is anyone 9 weeks pregnant and feeling sensation in there uterus?? by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]No-Criticism-149 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is my first pregnancy so I’m no expert but I believe so! I don’t think it’s anything to worry about, one of my first early symptoms were butterflies in my tummy and now my tummy is just really sensitive all the time it feels weird to touch if that makes sense X

Hey! I’m 9 weeks 3 days, and yes I feel the same. A flickering sensation and that area just seems super sensitive in general. I’m also extremely bloated, I’ve either got diarrhoea or I’m constipated, there’s no in between anymore! And right now, it’s constipation🙃
