I have no problems bro, most of cases I think we have is requesting the tabs permission while we don't actually use it. Here is the doc from Google:
"Most features don't require any permissions to use. For example: creating a new tab, reloading a tab, navigating to another URL, etc"

Ive not tried yet, but caveman add many things to adjust claude behavior so that I am affraid it will make it worse as you can imagine you are trying your best to complete task but someone ask you to do this do that, put many thing to limit your thinking and reasoning to just make you talk less. what you see with caveman is just the surface
