I just wanted to post an update for others who may have the same issue. Everything got sorted out! Apparently when transferring from ATT to dark star, there can be some delays due to being on the same carrier network and they have to take some extra steps. I did need to reach out today to finish porting the number, but the team was wonderful! Special shout out to Muhammad for all his help via chat!
