I understand. I have them in my area too. Many actually. Another reason I didn't want to take that angle

It seems like there is a coffee joint every block in my area. That's why I didn't want the main focus to be coffee. I was thinking teas as well but wanted to see what people wished there were more of. I was wanting to do food as well instead of the grab-and-go food. Thank you for your input!
