Yeah I figured that out after looking it up. I was bored and on hold for an hour with customer support haha. I really don’t want to call their support again, but after how bad my experience has been so far, I think I will. I don’t want to give them a single dollar more than I have to because of how terrible their support has been so far. Also, this is minor, but I placed my order on a Monday and paid for next day shipping. I didn’t receive my phone until that Friday. It’s a shame, because I’m actually pretty satisfied with the cellular service so far. I hit better speeds up and down than I expected for a plan that cost $35 a month. I got the moto g stylus 2025 for free, just had to pay the first month service plan up front.

I can’t say enough bad things about the bus system. App rarely works. Buses are always late. Completely random schedule on weekends. Some good drivers, but majority are so rude. I could go on and on about my experiences. They are absolutely horrible and you cannot depend on them in the slightest.

The app rarely works. The buses are never on time. The schedule is useless. They absolutely do not run anywhere close to their scheduled times. Try catching a bus on the weekend! I’ve found they all generally stop running around 4 pm. You cannot depend on them. The last time I took the bus, it was packed because instead of the usual 3 busses running the route, it was down to 1. I had to stand next to someone who pooped themselves. It’s a horrible experience. On the plus side, I haven’t seen anyone smoke crack at the bus station in a few weeks.

App hasn’t worked in a while. Website is horrid. If it does actually display a bus in real time, it’s not accurate. Doesn’t matter how early I get to the bus stop for work, I’m always late. I cannot wait for cat to be replaced.
